Two transportation professionals , one with experience in Automotive repair and Autobody and the other with experience in Automotive sales and both full time professional drivers seen the need to close the gap in the need for day tours with our annual 238,000 cruise ship passengers the Port of Halifax receives.With extended hobbyist and educational experience with the local history Nova Scotia Van Tours was born.

Nova Scotia Van Tours with increased professional organization and business support,Expanding our area of operations for our touring services to P.E.I. and the port of Sydney, Cape Breton , Nova Scotia.

Our Approach

We found that big bus style touring did not meet the needs of these passengers but rather small , private and personal groups able to stop at a whim with in reason for photo opportunities or other landmarks and locations that may not be highlighted or covered with the larger bus tours.We take pride in being able to provide the most tour in the time restraints given by those clientele that are bound by dock times for their cruise ship and being able to comfortably offer the most information in that time.

Your excursion party is just your group - no strangers or large crowds! In this way, the focus remains on you and you group - not the itinerary, clock, or on people you don't know. As the itinerary is your own, it is flexible too. We use the time of your excursion to do and see the things you want to do and see!
